西安紅旗混凝土外加劑廠創(chuàng)建于1991年，是陜西省第一家混凝土外加劑專業(yè)生產(chǎn)廠。本廠吸收國(guó)內(nèi)外技術(shù),工藝設(shè)備先進(jìn),管理嚴(yán)格,各類(lèi)混凝土外加劑性能均達(dá)修訂GB8076-1997規(guī)定的一等品指標(biāo)。1992年通過(guò)省級(jí)投產(chǎn)鑒定，F(xiàn)D防凍劑、ZQ早強(qiáng)減水劑曾獲93國(guó)家科委“星火計(jì)劃”成果金獎(jiǎng)和優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)，1994年被省建設(shè)廳列為冬期施工推薦產(chǎn)品，1995年被全國(guó)化學(xué)建設(shè)用戶委員會(huì)評(píng)為信得過(guò)產(chǎn)品，1998年被中國(guó)建筑業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)化學(xué)建材用戶委員會(huì)評(píng)為用戶信得過(guò)產(chǎn)品，2009年榮獲中國(guó)監(jiān)督協(xié)會(huì)全國(guó)市場(chǎng)質(zhì)量合格用戶滿意雙優(yōu)單位等。TheXi'anRedFlagConcretesAdmixtureFactoryfoundedin1991,itistheShanxiProvincefirstconcretesadmixturespecializedplant.Thisfactoryabsorbsthedomesticandforeigntechnologies,theprocessunitisadvanced,themanagementisstrict,eachkindofconcretesadmixtureperformancereachesthetop-qualityproducttargetofrevisesGB8076-1997stipulation.In1992throughtheproductionappraisalofprovinciallevel.TheFDantifreeze,theZQstrongwaterreducingagentonceattainedthegoldmedalandthehonorablementionofthe“thestarwarsplan”achievementofthe93NationalSciencecommittees.In...
